Bradley’s Waterslides, Inflatables & Rentals, LLC

This Rental Agreement, Liability Waiver, and Hold Harmless Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between
Bradley’s Waterslides, Inflatables & Rentals, LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned customer (“Renter”). By signing
this Agreement, the Renter acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Renter understands that the use of inflatable amusement equipment, including but not limited to bounce houses,
water slides, obstacle courses, inflatable games, and related equipment, involves inherent risks including serious
injury, paralysis, drowning, and death. Renter voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use, operation, and
participation in activities involving the rented equipment.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Renter releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Bradley’s Waterslides, Inflatables & Rentals, LLC, its
owners, members, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries,
losses, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of the rented equipment, including
injuries to participants, spectators, or property damage. This release includes claims arising from ordinary negligence
of the Company.

3. HOLD HARMLESS & INDEMNIFICATION
Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bradley’s Waterslides, Inflatables & Rentals, LLC from any
claims, lawsuits, attorney fees, damages, or expenses arising from the use, misuse, or operation of the rented
equipment during the rental period.

4. SUPERVISION REQUIREMENTS
Renter agrees that:
• Adult supervision will be provided at all times.
• All participants will follow safety rules.
• No roughhousing, flips, wrestling, or dangerous behavior will be allowed.
• Equipment weight and occupancy limits will be enforced.
• Users will remove shoes, sharp objects, jewelry, and glasses before use.
• No alcohol, drugs, or intoxicated persons will be permitted on or around the equipment.
• Water slides will only be used with a continuous water supply when required.

5. WEATHER & SAFETY
Renter agrees that the inflatable equipment will not be used during high winds, lightning or thunderstorms, heavy rain,
or unsafe weather conditions. The Company reserves the right to cancel or discontinue use due to unsafe weather
conditions.

6. EQUIPMENT CARE
Renter agrees to keep equipment free from damage and prevent pets, silly string, fire, sharp objects, food, gum, and
smoking near the equipment. Renter accepts financial responsibility for damage caused by misuse, neglect, theft, or
vandalism.

7. SITE CONDITIONS
Renter certifies that the setup area is safe and suitable for the equipment and that all underground utilities, sprinkler
systems, septic systems, and irrigation lines have been properly disclosed to the Company before setup. Company
shall not be responsible for damage to underground lines or property not disclosed before setup.

8. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
All rental fees are due as agreed before or upon delivery unless otherwise stated. Deposits may be non-refundable
unless cancellation is due to severe weather or approved by the Company.

9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Renter acknowledges that they have read and fully understand this Agreement and voluntarily agree to its terms.
Renter further acknowledges they are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this Agreement.
